Kicinski Comments on Health Care Ruling

Earlville, NY. (June 28, 2012) Michael Kicinski, Republican candidate for Congress, made this statement regarding the Supreme Court decision on the Patient Protection and Afforable Care Act:

"This ruling has created the largest tax in all the history of the United States without consennt of the People. The Supreme Court has wrongly ruled this healthcare bill constitutional. The basically said as a mandate - of which it was argued - it was unconstitutonal, but as a tax, it is constitutional."

"There are two major problems with this ruling. 1) The Supreme Court did not rule on the legislation, rather, they rewrote it. This is not proper judging. 2) If and since they rewrote the law as a tax, it highlights the questionable constitutional introduction of the bill, as it would be required to be introduced in the House and not the Senate."

Michael Kicinski was present in Washington D. C. at the Supreme Court when the announcement was made. He attended the support rally of thousands in favor of a full repeal of the unconstitutional "Obamacare."

Kicinski's opponent, incumbent "RINO" Hanna, is on record saying he supports some of the massive and complicated health care overhaul law.

Michael Kicinski is on the ballot for the New York Republican Congressional Primary set for June 26.
